Just a reminder to all Juniors that you will be taking the ASVAB test tomorrow in the Performance Hall. You will need to bring a fully charged chromebook, piece of paper and pencil with you for the test. All Juniors will need to report to the performance hall at 8:00 for the test session. If you have any questions, please see Dr. Walters.
National Honor Society Dues must be paid by Friday, December 12. Dues can be paid using MySchoolBucks. Members with outstanding dues after Friday will be dropped from membership. Questions?? See Ms. Parrill before Friday.
Student Council will be collecting unused pajamas to donate to families in need now through December 17th. Please donate to the donation box by the help desk. You can donate any size pajamas, but make sure they are unused.
Get ready for some festive fun! The French and German Club will hold its next meeting on Thursday, December 11th, right after school from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the German Room. We will be building and decorating gingerbread houses! Come join us for an afternoon of creativity and holiday cheer. Snacks will be provided. Please ensure your club dues are paid before the meeting. See you there!
Come to the library to participate in the Student Library Advisory Team's Merry BOOKmas Giving Tree Project. Donations are due to the tree in the library by Friday, Dec. 12th.
Calling all seniors! The Red River Senior Scholarship Application is now OPEN! Students can access the application through the counseling google classroom or by stopping by the counseling office for the QR code.
Attention Seniors! Need help with the FAFSA? The Career Center is hosting our 2nd FAFSA Frenzy event on Tuesday, December 16th. UND and Northland professionals will be available to assist Red River students/families with completion of the FAFSA. Stop in the Career Center for more information and to reserve your spot today!
Wanting to learn more about medical careers? We are planning a visit to the UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences on Wednesday, December 17th. We will tour the SIM Center and hear about programs in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Lab Science and get to experience a hands-on anatomy presentation. Space is very limited! Have you considered a career in construction? Join the Career Center on the next early-out Wednesday, December 10th, when we visit Construction Engineers' materials exploration building. Attendees will get to participate in hands-on activities at the jobsite and meet with Valley Electric and Peterson Sheet Metal. Sign up in the Career Center today!
