If you are a senior and plan to attend UND or NDSU this fall, please note that UND's Scholarship Central and NDSU's Scholarship Application are due Sunday, February 1st . Stop by the Career Center or talk to Ms. Bailey if you need more information!
Seniors:
The list of honor graduates for 2026 is posted outside of the main office. Graduating students with a cumulative weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher after seven high school semesters will be recognized as honor graduates in the graduation program and awarded an honor stole to wear at the ceremony. If you believe your name has been left off of this list in error or have any questions about the list, please contact Kristin in the main office.
Olympics in the Library:
Please join us in the library for a countdown to the winter Olympics in Italy. Check out our Olympic display and answer our trivia question for a chance to win a prize. The drawing will be held on February 10th.
Book of the Week:
The book of the week at GFC's library is The Devouring Light by Kat Ellis. When Haden and her band find themselves stranded alongside a rival band in the middle of swampland on their way to a rock festival, they figure things can't get any worse, but then a storm rolls in. Before long, they come across the Light, an abandoned, decaying house, so they think it's a good place to take shelter. But what they don't know is that the house has been waiting for them, and it doesn't have any intention of letting them go. This book is in and ready to be checked out!
